Quotation and Order Management
Separate Job Bags are automatically produced by the system covering all customer sales and production details. Operators are able to add unlimited jobs per customer, and all system procedures are stored, so that a history is quickly achieved and available in an instant. It's job tracking ability records the actual production time for comparison later with quoted price and hence ability to determine the real profit margin. The System is also highly intelligent, ensuring that each step in the order process is complete before proceeding further. Every phase of the order is tracked and controlled, minimising errors, waste and theft.
Job History
So comprehensive is Opal Print Manager at sorting Job Histories, it can automatically copy details from a customers previous 'similar' job, while allowing changes to create an instant new quote. Variables such as stock differences, hourly rates etc., are changed at the touch of a button.
Data Availability
Data stored in Opal Print Manager can be monitored from multiple stations (Version 2.2 comes
licensed for ten, but the system is future - proof, being fully upgradeable). Several levels of User-Password provides complete data integrity, while enabling input and changes specific to particular stations to be made easily by those operators.
Administration
The multi-level 'live-time' reporting capability of Opal Print Manager puts management in touch like never before. Current and historical reports are available by a host of useful categories, including Department, Printing Personnel, Machine, Sales Personnel, and Customer. And to assist such a comprehensive database Opal Print Manager features a powerful search engine for locating and retrieving data - by Job Number, Job Name, Client Name, Date, Key Word and more.
Remote Access
